Cancellations and Refunds
Purchasers may request to cancel a registration and receive a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin. Requests to cancel a registration and receive a refund must be submitted via
the Continuing Education Cancellation and Refund Form. Refunds will be applied through the original form of payment and may take up to 3-4 weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued less than seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin.
Transfers between Courses
In order to transfer from a course for which you have registered to another course, you must send a written request to
DPU-Cont-Ed@depaul.edu at least seven (7) days before the course is scheduled to start to receive a voucher code to register for the new course. Students will be allowed one transfer per course. If a second transfer is requested, you will be required to drop the course and re-register. No transfers will be permitted after the close of the seven-day window. Tuition is non-refundable less than seven (7) days before the course start date or after it has started.
